摘要:本文采用室内沙培试验,分别研究了N、P、K在不同浓度下对玉米幼苗生长发育(株长、株高、干重、鲜重、组织水含量),生理生化(叶绿素、脯氨酸),以及氧化损伤及其抗氧化系统中酶活性(丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶)的影响规律的影响。结果表明,随着N、P、K浓度的降低,抑制了玉米幼苗的生长发育,同时,叶绿素a、b含量、超氧化物歧化酶含量也随之减少,脯氨酸、丙二醛含量随N、P、K降低而增加。

Abstract:In this article, it used Indoor soil cultivates experiment to study the change rule of corn seedlings growth (root length,plant lenght,dry weight,fresh weight、water content) and physiological and biochemical (chlorophyll, proline ). The result showed that, the decreasing of N、P、K content had controlled the growth of corn seedlings. the growth of the corn has been restrain, at the same time, chlorophyll、SOD has been decreased, proline、MDA has been increased.
