摘要:目的:研究桑黄对小鼠化学性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:将小鼠随机分为八组,正常饲养,并灌胃不同受试物,30天后,用1%CCl4造急性损伤模型,测试AST、ALT、SOD、MDA等生化指标,并制作肝脏病理切片,观察受损伤的保护情况。结果:桑黄各组对降低ALT和AST、提高SOD活性、降低MDA含量以及保护肝细胞免受损伤均有不同程度的作用。结论:桑黄对小鼠急性化学性肝损伤具有一定得保护作用。

Abstract: Objective To study the protective effect of Phellinus igniarius on mice’s chemical hepatic injury. Methods Mice were randomly divided 8 groups and raised. After 30 days,mice were treated with 1% CCl4 and then were killed,AST、ALT of serum in mice were measured and SOD、MDA of blood and liver were determined. Liver pathological changes were observed. Results Phellinus igniarius can significantly inhibit the elevation of AST ALT of serum in mice, increase the activity of SOD and decrease content of MDA ,meanwhile Phellinus igniarius can relief the hepatic injury. Conclusion Phellinus igniarius has the protective effect on mice’s chemical hepatic injury.
