摘要:本实验以菠菜为研究材料,采用盆栽的方法,研究不同温度处理对菠菜保护酶系统及其他一些生理指标的影响。将长至4-5片叶片的幼苗处于不同温度的生化培养箱中处理4h后,测定其保护酶系统以及叶绿素、可溶性蛋白等含量。结果表明,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)等保护酶系统,在高温胁迫下,总体活力呈先升后降的趋势,丙二醛(MDA)含量显著上升,叶绿素含量整体呈下降趋势,可溶性蛋白含量呈“И”型变化。

Abstract Pot method was used to study the effects of high temperature on some physiological characteristics and protective enzyme system of spinach. Spinach seedlings were put into biochemical incubator and dealt with different temperature for 4 hours. By measuring the activities of protective enzyme system, chlorophyll content and soluble protein content, the result showed that the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), Peroxidase (POD) and Catalase (CAT) showed first increased and then decreased under the high temperature stress. Malondialdehyde (MDA) content increased significantly. The chlorophyll content of spinach seedlings showed reducing trend totally and soluble protein content showed the "И" type change.
