摘要:除草剂作为防治有害生物的一种有效手段,在作物生产中起到重要作用。但是它在常用剂量下对作物造成的影响并未受到足够的重视。本试验以郑麦9023为试验材料,研究了不同浓度的除草剂氯氟吡氧乙酸对小麦幼苗的的影响,测定了小麦幼苗的苗高、根干重、根鲜重及叶片内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性,探讨其对小麦幼苗生长特性及抗氧化活性的影响。试验结果说明,除草剂氯氟吡氧乙酸对小麦幼苗可能存在一定的负效应。

Abstract: Herbicides as an effective means of pest control, play an important role in crop production. But its effects in common doses on crop does not receive sufficient attention. This test used Zheng wheat 9,023 for material , researched effects of herbicide fluroxypyr on wheat seedlings. Wheat seedlings of higher , dry heavy of root, fresh heavy of root , the activity of leaves within Super oxides dismutase of enzyme SOD , peroxide enzyme POD and hydrogen peroxide enzyme CAT were determinated,. Finally it discussed the effects of growth characteristics and the anti - oxidation activity of wheat seedlings . This article demonstrated that fluroxypyr maybe had a negative effect.
