摘要:本文以荷兰菊苣为材料,采用高效液相色谱法测定菊苣酸的含量,建立菊苣酸提取工艺优化的方法。通过单因素试验分析了回流温度、甲醇浓度、回流时间及固液比四个主要因素对菊苣酸提取率的影响,在单因素试验的基础上采用L9(34)正交试验进一步优化菊苣中菊苣酸提取工艺条件。结果表明:菊苣中菊苣酸的最佳提取工艺为50℃的回流温度,70%的甲醇,固液比为1:70,回流1.5h。在此条件下菊苣中菊苣酸提取量为8.808mg/g(干重)。

Abstract:This article takes Holland Cichorium lntybus L as material to establish the optimal extraction technology of cichorie acid.The contents of cichorie acid from Cichorium lntybus L were determined by HPLC.First,analyzed the impact of four main factors including reflux temperature,methyl alcohol concentration,reflux time and ratio of solid to liquid to cichoric acid extracting rate by unipole factor test method.Then,nine experiments were carried out through L9(34)orthogonal design to futher optimize extraction technological conditions of cichorie acid.The results showed that the best extraction condition obtained was 70 times amount 70%methyl alcohol extract 1.5 hours in 50℃reflux temperature.Cichorie acid yield from Cichorium lntybus L is 8.808mg/g by the optimal process.
