摘 要: [目的] 以雷公藤为药性基质,试与多种作为发酵菌种的药用真菌,分别构成不同发酵组合,在一定条件下进行固体发酵,本次实验选取灰树花,茯苓,桑黄,桦褐孔菌四种菌种观察其在雷公藤固体培养基中的生长指标,优选出有效发酵菌种,为以后在菌种筛选方面作铺垫,也为进一步进行雷公藤生物技术解毒持效及其应用研究奠定基础。[方法] 将茯苓,桑黄,灰树花,桦褐孔菌四个菌种分别接入雷公藤培养基进行发酵,然后定期测定菌丝萌发时间、满瓶时间、菌丝长势等各项生长指标。[结论]茯苓在雷公藤培养基中生长最旺盛。

Abstract: [Objective] Triptolide, of bitter, has the big poison, often in the two layer of skin to the xylem of the root is used as medicine.Tripterygium Wilfordii in our country for the anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive.In recent twenty years, domestic and foreign on Tripterygium wilfordii research takes seriously , from clinical, chemical, preparation and other aspects of a comprehensive and systematic study on Tripterygium wilfordii, pharmacological research show that: Tripterygium wilfordii with immune suppression, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antiviral (HIV virus), antitumour, fertility and other pharmacological activity.The effect of Tripterygium Wilfordii is clear and unique,which is the first choice of Chinese medicine immune inhibitor, but its side effect is great, the direct limit clinical application.[Objective] Take Tripterygium wilfordii as resistance matrix, test and multiple as fermentation strain medicinal fungi, respectively constitute different fermentation, under certain conditions of solid fermentation, this experiment selects the ash tree flower, tuckahoe, Phellinus linteus, obliquus four strain observation in Tripterygium wilfordii solid culture medium in the growth index, optimized effective fermentation strain, for later in strain screening to pave the way for further, also of Tripterygium wilfordii biotechnology detoxification hold effect and its application to lay the foundation.[Methods] Tuckahoe, Phellinus linteus, ash tree flower, four strains of Inonotus obliquus is respectively connected with Tripterygium wilfordii medium for fermentation, then periodically determination of mycelium germination time, the bottle full of time, the growth of hyphae growth index.[Conclusion] Tuckahoe in Tripterygium wilfordii shows the most exuberant growth.
