摘要:本实验用不同含量水平(0.0%、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%)的样本中草药饲料添加剂配合龙虾的饲料,分组饲养龙虾60天,以酶学分析方法测定脂肪酶、淀粉酶和蛋白酶活性,分析其消化酶活性的变化情况,旨在研究样本中草药饲料添加剂应用于龙虾的最适含量水平。结果表明:含量为1.0%的样本中草药饲料添加剂的饲料对龙虾生长状况中相对增重率、肠道消化酶相关活性的影响效果显著高于其他三组,且与其他三组差异显著(P<0.05),所以中草药添加剂含量在1.0%时对龙虾养殖效果最佳。

Abstract: This experiment was conducted by different levels (0%, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%) of Chinese herb additives feeding lobster for 60 days respectively. By the enzyme of analytical method for the determination of lipase, amylase and protease activity, analyze its digestive enzyme activity changes. This experiment was designed to study the most suitable level of Chinese herb additives. The results showed that: the content of 1% Chinese herb additives is significantly higher than the other three groups in the relative weight increase rate of the lobster growth status and intestinal digestive enzyme active effect. Compared with the other three groups, the 1% group had an extraordinary difference (P < 0.05). So the Chinese herb additives content in 1% is the most appropriate for the lobster.
