[摘要]:本文从产生情绪困扰的来源上剖析原因,试图通过秘书焦虑、厌倦、自卑、愤怒、压抑等情绪表现,提出比较切实可行的解决途径和方法,即从周围环境、自我调控、管理生活等大的方面舒缓压力,这对培养秘书良好的心理品质,进行有效地自我完善,从而提高秘书工作质量和效率,提升情绪管理能力与工作能力,具有重要的现实意义。

[Abstract]:This article from the source of produce emotional distress, tries to analyze reasons on secretary anxiety, tired, inferiority, anger, repressed emotions, such as proposed the feasible solution and method, i.e. from the surrounding environment, the self-regulation, management life big aspects relieve pressure, this to raises the secretary good psychological quality, effective self perfection, thus improving the secretarial work quality and efficiency, improving mood management ability and work ability, has the important practical significance.
