摘要:合理的饮食及营养补充是保证运动员营养素需要及维持体能最重要的物质基础,对训练起着重要的保证作用,制定大学生运动员的训练时间,作息时间,加上合理膳食,减少伤病发生的几率,提高运动员的运动技能水平,从而为更多的高校运动员的保健研究作为参考,进一步为大学生运动员的发展提供更多的科学依据。通过问卷调查法对南师大高校运动员保健研究必要性的分析和现代大学生运动员保健研究的发展趋势。

通过本次研究,可以得出下面的结论:南京师范大学运动员保健的机制还需要不断完善,教练也应当重视运动员的保健,运动员自身也如此。当今运动员保健应有不断完善的趋势。主要可以从营养、伤病预防、疲劳恢复、心理保健这几个方面进行完善。
