摘要:通过调查分析当前高校体育教育专业健美操教学现状,及新课标内容标准中对健美操教学的要求对课程的知识结构、教学内容、实践教学以及考核评价等方面改革提出了建议:知识结构改革应将健美操教学内容与环节组成一个系统;教学内容改革可加强周边体育项目的迁移及学习深度,重视核心内容的教学,遵循以人为本的原则,建立完善的内容体系;实践教学则是着重培养学生自主创新及教学能力;考核评价应做到综合化,以育人为主,重视实际运用操作能力。

Abstract: Through the investigation and analysis the current college PE professional calisthenics teaching situation, and the new standard of calisthenics teaching content standard requirements of the knowledge structure of curriculum, teaching content, teaching practice and evaluation of the reforms such as proposed: the knowledge structure reform should will calisthenics teaching content and links form a system; Reforming teaching content can strengthen the migration and surrounding sports study depth, pay attention to the core content of the teaching, followed by people-oriented principle, establish and improve the content system; Practice teaching is to cultivate emphatically the students' independent innovation and teaching ability; Evaluation should be accomplished in education is given priority to, comprehensive and practical application skills. 体育与健康新课程改变了传统按运动项目分课程内容和安排教学时数的框架,将课程内容划分为运动参与、运动技能、身体健康、心理健康、社会适应五个学习领域,并根据领域目标构建课程的内容体系。健美操是新课标标准的重要教学内容之一,学生通过参与健美操运动能够增强体质,发展柔韧、协调、力量、灵敏等身体素质,也能够在运动中培生团结互助、勇于坚持的意志品质及成功的乐趣。然而实现新的课程目标并不是通过集中学习,而是按照各个学习领域设置不同水平目标,将健美操运动的学习贯穿到了体育与健康课程的不同阶段。
