摘要:本研究通过采用文献资料法、综合分析法以及访谈法,结合初中体育教学的目标和初中生的身心特征,对初中体育教学实施快乐体育进行探讨,得出初中体育教学实施快乐体育具有一定的优越性,快乐体育教学将体育与情感融合,教学过程中追求学生个性的和谐发展,培养学生的运动兴趣、提高运动技能。快乐体育教学在注重发挥学生主体地位的基础上建立和谐的师生关系,促进学生内在各种潜能的发挥,帮助学生在个性特征、知识、技能、能力和经验等全面发展。同时初中体育实施快乐体育教学也存在一些不利因素,如快乐体育教学对教学班的人数及场地条件要求较高,这在很大程度上限制了快乐体育的开展;快乐体育教学在一定程度上会影响学生系统学习与掌握体育的知识技能,容易导致“放羊式”教学现象的产生。因此本研究也对初中体育实施快乐体育教学过程中不利因素提出一些建议,对改变目前初中体育教学实施快乐体育过程中的不足提供参考。

ABSTRACT:This research through using the method of literature, the comprehensive analysis method and interview method, combined with the middle school sports teaching objectives andJunior middle school students' physical and mental characteristics, implementing happy sports is discussed, that the junior middle school sports teaching implementing happy sports has certain superiority, happy sports teaching physical and emotional integration, teaching process in the pursuit of students' personality harmonious development, cultivate students' interest in sports, improve sports skills. Happy sports teaching in pay attention to play the subject position of the students on the basis of the establishment of harmonious relationship between teachers and students, and promote students a variety of potential into full play, to help students in personality, knowledge, skill, ability and experience of development. At the same time junior high school physical education implementing happy sports teaching there exist some unfavorable factors, such as the joyful sports teaching to teaching class number and site conditions require a higher, it was largely restricted to the happy sports; happy sports teaching to a certain extent will affect the students learning and mastering the knowledge system of sports skill, easily lead to" grazes sheep the type" teaching phenomenon. The research on middle school physical education implementing happy sports teaching process of unfavorable factors and puts forward some suggestions, to change the current junior middle school sports teaching implementing happy sports and the inadequacy in the process to provide reference.

教育部、国家体育总局、共青团中央共同决定,从2007年开始,结合《学生体质健康标准》的全面实施,体育教学必须被重视,并且要在各级各类学校中广泛开展起来。在以往的体育教学中,由于受各种因素的影响,体育课显得郁闷而无生气。郁闷的体育课挫伤了一部分学生的积极性,体育课的其它功能如文化性、娱乐性、品德教育等得不到发挥。伴随着学校体育教育改革,“快乐体育”的思潮在我国以很快的速度蔓延和扩展开来。快乐体育思想是时代的产物,是与整个社会政治、经济、文化的发展、教育改革与发展以及整个体育的改革和发展紧密联系的,是对当前体育教学中某些僵死、被动以及缺少乐趣的反思,是对传统的师生观、教学观、理性观的改善[1]。目前我国初中体育教学存在很多问题,在长期应试教育的影响下体育教学往往忽视学生的个体差异,教师忽略了学生的主观努力,重视结果忽视教学过程,以固定的、统一的标准来进行教学评价,使体育课显得毫无生气,学生的身心健康得不到有效地发展。然而快乐体育教学以充分调动学生的学习积极性为主,在师生融洽合作的气氛中开展,学生始终享受克服困难后取得成功后的快感与乐趣,同时能起到愉悦身心的作用,还是改善现行初中体育课程的有效手段之一。
