摘要:21世纪是创新教育的世纪。日本在2001年提出了50年内拿30个诺贝尔奖的计划,而在过去的10年内,他们已经完成了计划的近三分之一。本文通过研究日籍诺贝尔科学奖获得者的人生经历,着重通过对典型的案例分析,得出杰出创新人才成长的一些内在要素,以及如何利用良好的外在条件做出重大的创新成果。从而对我国的科学发展和创新型人才的培养给出一些启示。直面世界各国科技的激烈竞争,民族的创新能力已关系到中华民族的兴衰存亡。江泽民指出:“创新是一个民族的灵魂,是一个国家兴旺的不竭动力。”因此,当前大力开展以创新精神为核心的教育,在我国已显得至关重要。

Abstract:The 21st century is the century of innovation education. In 2001, Japan put forward the plan “30 Nobel Prize in the next 50 years”。And in the past 10 years ,it has been completed nearly one-third . This paper studies the Japanese Nobel Prize winners' life experiences, focusing on the case of the typical examples, to get some essential elements in the growth of outstanding innovative talents, and how to use good external conditions to make a significant innovation achievement. Then though what we concluded, we can give some enlightenment to China's scientific development and the development of innovative talents. Facing fierce competition in the world of science and technology, nation’s innovation capacity has been related to the rise and fall of China. Jiang Zemin pointed out: "Innovation is the soul of a nation, innovation is an inexhaustible motive force of a country's prosperity." Therefore, focusing on the spirit of innovation as the core of education in China has become very essential.
