摘要:本研究采用质化研究的方法,通过叙事生命线评估技术,探索高年级大学生生涯发展状态;生涯发展过程中的重要经历、事件、人物等影响因素;了解在各个阶段(主要是以学期为单位)高年级大学生想要获得的帮助。采用分层抽样的方法,选取了南京师范大学、南京大学、南京航空航天大学共十六名高年级大学生(共七个专业)作为研究对象。研究结果采用数据编码的方式进行处理。研究发现:高年级大学生生涯发展状态较其低年级时更显稳定,他们开始有一定的规划意识,并且开始了生涯探索;高年级男女生生涯发展现状差异不明显;四年级学生与三年级相比,生涯发展曲线波动更小;高年级大学生需要多方面的生涯指导。

Abstract:Using Qualitative research methods,the research adopts Lifeline evaluation technology ,aiming at clearly knowing the stand of career development during the growth of them;knowing such influential factors as the important experiences, events, significant others and so on;knowing what kind of help senior college students need in each stages(mainly in the unit of semester).using stratified sampling method, The research chooses sixteen senior college students respectively from Nanjing Normal University, Nanjing University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics(mainly distributed in seven majors ).We handle the results with data coding method. Through the research, we draw the following conclusion: First of all,it is more stable when it comes to senior college students career development compared with the junior, they have certain planning consciousness and began their career exploration. Second, in terms of gender difference, it is not obvious. Then,to grade four ,compared with grade three, career development curve shows smaller fluctuations.At last, they need various kinds of career guidance.

对高年级学生生涯发展的研究具有重要的意义:
(1)理论意义。国内之前在研究生涯发展时,主要采用的是心理测验等经验实证的量化方法,质的研究较少。本研究首创性的采用叙事生命线评估技术,将一些难以用量化的方法表现的事件与经历以质化研究的方式得以挖掘与突出。该研究方法的引入拓宽了研究思路,对于我国大学生生涯发展的研究具有重要的理论意义。
(2)实践意义。深入探索高年级大学生生涯发展的现状,探讨他们在生涯发展过程中的经历、事件、重要人物等影响因素,以及各阶段(主要以学期为单位)期望获得的帮助。这对于高年级大学生完善自我认知,开展大学生生涯发展教育,进一步解决大学生的就业问题,具有重要的实践意义。
