摘要:品牌是一种产品外在形态与内在质量相统一的名称、标记或符号,借以区分不同企业或竞争对手提供的产品或劳务,是企业与消费者沟通的工具,消费者对产品质量、企业信誉、企业的行象和企业地位都凝聚在品牌之中。品牌核心价值是品牌资产的主体部分,它让消费者明确、清晰地识别并记住品牌的利益点与个性。企业必须充分定位并全力维护和宣扬品牌核心价值 。本文主要是针对家族企业的品牌管理研究,通过品牌的意义,进一步阐述家族企业应该如何建立品牌,如何维护自己的企业品牌核心价值,剖析家族企业品牌管理方面的弱势,进而提出家族企业要想长久的发展下去,就必须建立维护自己的品牌,而如何建立和维护自身品牌就是本文研究的重点。通过品牌的作用分层次,内外论证家族企业在品牌管理方面重要性,针对品牌多方面的作用提出家族企业要如何科学的建立自己的品牌核心价值,以及在建立属于自己的品牌价值时应注意的事项和要素,最后通过互联网单方面的具体措施阐述家族企业品牌管理在互联网方面的做法。

ABSTRACT:Brand is a name, a product external appearance and internal quality unified mark or symbol, in order to distinguish different companies or competitors to provide products or services, is the communication between enterprises and consumers, consumers on product quality, the credibility of the enterprise, the enterprise image and enterprise status are condensed in the brand. The core value of the brand is the principal part of brand assets, which allow consumers clear, and clearly identify the brand benefit and individuality. The enterprise must make positioning and to preserve and promote the core value of brand. This paper is mainly focused on brand management of family enterprises, through the brand meaning, further described the family business should be how to establish the brand, how to maintain their own enterprise brand core value, brand management analysis of family enterprises vulnerable, and then put forward the family enterprises want to survive and develop for a long time, it is necessary to establish maintain their own brand, and the key how to establish and maintain their own brand is studied in this paper. Through the role of the brand level, and demonstrates the importance of family enterprises in brand management, the brand on the family enterprise how to scientifically established brand core value of their own, and the items and factors should be paid attention to in establishing their own brand value, finally through the concrete measures unilaterally Internet methods of brand management the family business on the internet.

从家族企业的品牌管理现状分析中,我们可以看到家族企业品牌管理落后的原因不外乎是家族企业创建过程中遗留下来的或是后期人为原因导致,这其中包含:家族企业管理层理念的缺乏,企业规模小、发展时间短。家族企业要想创建优秀的品牌,必须运用科学的品牌战略管理方法进行改进,努力做到以下几点:
(1)家族企业管理层必须拥有完整的品牌管理理念。
(2)家族企业注重企业品牌的核心价值。
(3)家族企业在创建自身品牌时要将品牌信誉放在首位。
(4)家族企业改变自闭式经营模式,让企业品牌管理信息化,科学化。
同时家族企业在未来的发展道路上应将视线从短期利益转移到长久发展,将振兴中华民族品牌的责任牢记心中,相信在不久的将来中国家族企业的品牌必将在世界舞台上绽放光彩,同时家族企业会健康长久的发展下去,并为我国的国民经济发展贡献其力量,让我们在此期待这一盛况的到来。
