摘要:溧阳飞跃机电公司是一家从事机电产品经营的民营企业。在对公司这些年来的品牌营销方面的各个措施实施还有产生的效用进行评估之后发现了一些问题。由于公司发展过快,暴露了许多问题,如:公司内部责任不明,办事效率不高,执行力差等。事实上公司本身就具有中小企业所共有的某些毛病,而且公司的品牌状况也是令人堪忧。如何使公司脱离这个圈子,获得成功是当前最重要的问题。因此本文从公司品牌营销角度着手研究来找出解决办法。

Abstract:The Liyang leap Electric Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise engaged in the operation of mechanical and electrical products. Found some problems in the implementation of various measures of these years of brand marketing in the company to evaluate the resulting utility .Exposed to a lot of problems due to rapid development of the company, Such as: the internal responsibility is unknown, the efficiency is not high, and poor execution. In fact the company itself has a small and medium-sized enterprises have in common some trouble, but the company's brand status is worrying. How to make the company out of the circle, success is the most important issue. This paper from the perspective of company brand marketing research to find a solution.

本文以一个江苏民营中小企业的品牌营销为研究对象,运用国内外的先进理论和实践,结合实际情况,对该公司进行了全方面的,客观的分析。同时该公司存在的种种问题在一定程度上也反映了江苏中小企业的不足。
经过研究,溧阳飞跃机电公司应该:不论是管理层还是员工都应该树立品牌观念,选择有利的细分市场(电梯配件,能源,交通运输等),做好正确的品牌定位(不求各个方面都全面,只求在某些方面很“精”),最重要的是必须重视品牌。合理的利用各种方法,来提高品牌的知名度。并且展会的作用必须重视起来。积极参加展会,更好的提升品牌的知名度。
