摘要:近年来,国内经济与旅游业快速发展,酒店业受到刺激也蓬勃兴起。经济型酒店随即水涨船高,得到迅猛发展。然而,与之俱来的竞争与挑战使经济型酒店未来的发展形势更为严峻。所以,对于经济型酒店而言,未来发展的战略选择将决定企业的命运。本文试以格林豪泰为例,通过运用价值链模型等理论知识,对格林豪泰的现状进行详细分析,挖掘其中问题,并提出相应对策。同时,也总结归纳出对整个经济型酒店未来发展战略的几点建议。

Abstract:In recent years, the domestic economy and the tourism industry developed rapidly,the hotel industry is also booming,so is the Economic Hotel. Economic Hotel immediately raises, get swift and violent development. However, faced with fierce competition and challenge, the situation of Economic Hotel is grimmer now. Therefore, for Economic Hotels, the strategic choice to the future development will determine the destiny of the enterprise .Take Green Tree Inn as an example, by using the model of value chain theory, this article tries to give you a detailed analysis of the status quo the Green Tree Inn, through which we can mine the problems and put forward the corresponding countermeasures At the same time, we can sum up several suggestions on the future development strategy of Economic Hotel.

经济型酒店的发展战略要适应现今社会,发展经济型酒店不仅是一个机会,也是一个挑战。其特点决定了其巨大的发展潜力,要抓住机遇,走集团化道路,品牌化发展,实行差异化竞争,实行低成本战略,仔细分析经济型酒店在发展过程中遇到的障碍和存在的弊端,制定有效而合理的战略决策和建议,将威胁转化为机会,将弱势转化为优势。明确市场定位和产品策略,抓住机遇,迅速扩张,加大市场份额,塑造良好的品牌形象,提供差异化,个性化的服务。经济型酒店要想更好的适应当今社会的发展,不仅需要能够对市场现状做出及时反应,更需要能够对未来做出预见性规划,需要拥有大视野和动态思维能力。
