摘要:酒店业属于劳动密集型企业,人力资源是酒店业最为重要的资源,酒店服务需要大量、高质的人力资源结构,方可保证酒店的健康、快速、可持续发展。本文从酒店人力资源管理的相关概念入手,道明酒店加强人力资源管理的必要性。对现金国内外的酒店的人力资源管理的发展现状进行总体陈述对比,以珠海海泉湾维景大酒店的人力资源管理现状为例,对国内的酒店的人力资源管理中所存在的问题进行现状分析,并针对存在的管理问题,吸收国外酒店人力资源管理的优点,摒弃其缺点,并从这些优点中结合我国的酒店业发展情况提出一系列的改善措施与建议,从而增强我国酒店人力资源管理的水平,为我国酒店业发展奠定下一个人才的基础。

Abstract:The hotel industry is labor-intensive enterprises, human resources are the most important resource of the hotel industry. Hotel services require a large number of high quality human resources structures, which guarantee the health of the hotel, rapid and sustainable development. The article starts from the hotel human resources management of de related concept, and show clearly hotel to strengthen the necessity of human resource management. To cash the domestic and international hotel management of the human resources of the current situation of the development of general statements, compared to the human resource of Zhuhai Ocean Spring Metropark Hotel as an example, analyzing the current situation and existing problems of hotel human resource management in China, and proposing a series of measures and suggestions by combining with the improvement with rejecting the foreign hotel shortcomings and absorbing advantages, and enhance our hotel human resources management level, for the hotels in China under the lay the foundation of a talent.

酒店企业必须要充分认识到人力资源管理的重要性,正视人力资源管理中存在的种种问题,更新人力资源管理理念,采取合适有效的人力资源管理策略。在酒店管理中要切实做好人力资源管理工作,进一步提升员工的满意度,加强员工的稳固性,就必须把员工放在第一位,充分考虑员工的需要,以培植一流的员工队伍,着力为顾客供给可靠、优质的服务。只有这样,酒店企业才能实现可持续发展,进而在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。
