摘要:随着市场经济的进一步发展,企业改革的不断深化,我国酒店行业面临着新的机遇和挑战,我国酒店应该与时俱进,建立一套锐意进取的满足企业发展要求的先进的企业文化和价值观体系。
但是,目前尽管有一部分酒店已经意识到酒店文化建设对酒店发展的重要关系,但是,大多数经营者仍注重酒店的市场消费能力、经营组织能力、战略决策能力等。至于说酒店企业文化发展从何入手,交由哪个部门负责,如何建设,许多酒店管理者却并不清楚。为此,本文在对目前我国酒店企业文化建设现状进行分析的基础上,针对问题存在的原因,给出了相应的解决方案,以期为我国酒店企业文化的建设,以及我国酒店企业的健康、可持续发展,尽自己的一份努力。

面对21世纪、面对知识经济的新态势,企业文化建设对企业发展、经营业绩所起的作用越来越显著;企业文化对形成企业内部凝聚力和外部竞争力所起的作用,越来越受到人们的重视。所以,酒店行业企业文化建设对于酒店的生存和发展重要性日益彰显。纵观我国的酒店行业企业文化建设工作虽然在一定程度上有所建树,但仍任重而道远,面对不断开放和竞争日益激烈的酒店行业市场环境,我国酒店行业企业文化建设工作面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。希望通过本文对酒店企业文化建设的研究使众多处于发展期的酒店掌握企业文化建设的过程,结合自身酒店的实际情况,制定出切实可行的实施战略与行动方案,系统而稳妥的予以开展。
