摘要:近年来,随着全球货币流动性的增强,国内通货膨胀水平一直居高不下,国民储蓄存款基本处在负利率的水平。同时,国家多次出台提高存款准备金的政策,这使得国内商业银行传统的信贷业务的利差不断缩小,种种客观条件促使商业银行加大发展中间业务的力度。现如今,商业银行的理财业务是商业银行推进综合化经营战略的重要载体和提高中间业务收入的重要手段。然而,我国银行理财业务尚处于起步阶段,存在诸多的不足,本文通过实证研究法归纳总结大量相关资料,发现我国商业银行个人理财业务尚未形成成熟的市场环境,缺乏有效的风险管理系统、缺少提供综合理财服务部门、金融理财产品创新不足等方面的问题。本文通过深入分析问题的根源,提出推进多部门合作,在报表中增加对理财产品收益情况的披露,加大网络平台投入,在产品设计方面建立与知名高校的合作的相关建议。

Abstract: In recent years, with the enhancement of global monetary liquidity, domestic inflation has been high, national savings deposit base at the level of negative interest rates. At the same time, the state has adopted a policy to raise the deposit reserve times, which makes the traditional domestic commercial bank credit Business spreads continued to narrow, all the objective conditions promote the development of commercial banks to increase the intensity of intermediate business. Today, Commercial Banks Financing Business is not only an important vector which will promote its Integrated Management Strategy, but also an important means to improve intermediary business revenue. However, Bank wealth management business in China is still in the initial stage and exist many deficiencies. This paper summarizes a lot of information related to research method, and they tell me that the personal finance business of commercial banks has not yet formed a mature market, lack of effective risk management systems, lack of comprehensive financial services departments, extensive product innovation and development issues. Through in-depth analysis of root of the problem situation for the Personal Financial Services, This paper proposed to promote multi-sectoral cooperation, form a clear statement on disclosure of financial products, strengthen the importance of the wealth management business, increase investment in network platform and establish Partnership with the well-known universities In product design.
