摘要:伴着中国经济的不断发展,员工的流动率已经成为普遍现象。员工换工作频繁不仅会使人才流失,阻碍企业的发展,还会影响企业形象和企业文化,甚至严重影响业务的操作。清楚的了解员工离职的原因,采取有效的措施,防止员工跳槽,对企业的发展起到至关重要的作用。随着世界经济复苏,中国的劳动力市场竞争更加激烈。90后的跳槽现象经常发生,但也得到社会更多的关注。本文分析了造成这种现象的原因,并提出了如何反跳槽。近年来,毕业的大学生频繁跳槽现象越来越普遍,这不但对雇主造成重大的影响,也是直接导致毕业的大学生就业困难的原因之一。这篇文章从员工自身方面和企业管理的方面分析员工经常换工作的成因,并提出相应对策。
