摘要:快递作为物流业的一个重要组成部分,近年来随着中国经济的持续快速增长,发展空间巨大,快递社会需求旺盛。“十二五”期间,快递服务面临良好的发展环境。统计数据显示,在工商部门注册登记的快递企业已经达到2000多家。尽管快递行业增速惊人,但服务质量却良莠不齐、问题多多,尤其是民营快递企业,物品的缺失,损毁,未按照合约规定送货上门等等问题经常引起消费者的投诉。分析快递业存在的问题及原因,一方面在于:很长时间以来该行业没有门槛限制、缺乏有效的引导和监管措施等;另一方面民营快递公司自我经营管理能力不强,管理粗放,快递行业从业人员服务意识参差不齐等。中国民营快递的发展面临严重的挑战。
从对目前中国的快递市场和民营快递企业自身特点分析来看,速度和服务质量是民营快递企业目前发展的重点。如何在这个领域做强做大,将成为很多民营快递企业生存和发展的重点。快递业是我国新兴的朝阳产业,我国民营快递的发展的研究对促进快递业良好发展具有重要的意义和价值。本文在对我国快递市场的现状潜力等研究的基础上,分析我国中小民营企业在发展过程中存在的问题,如品牌建设问题、产品缺乏特色、管理水平低下等,并提出相应的解决对策,以促进我国民营快递企业又好又快发展。

ABSTRACT:Express as an important part of logistics industry, with China's sustained and rapid economic growth develop fast. During the second five, courier services are facing a good environment for development. Statistics show that courier companies registered in the business sector has reached more than 2,000. Despite the amazing growth of the express industry, but the quality of service is good and bad, a lot of problems, especially the private express delivery companies, items missing, damaged, not in accordance with contract requirements delivery problems are often caused by consumer complaints. Question and the reason that, on the one hand, the analysis of the express industry is: a long time since the industry is no threshold limit, the lack of effective guidance and regulatory measures, sense of service of employees of the courier industry uneven; private courier companies on the other hand self-management management capabilities, extensive management, increasingly fierce market competition, China's private courier face serious challenges.
From its own characteristics analysis of China's express delivery market and private express delivery companies, the speed and quality of service is the focus of development of the private express delivery companies. How to become bigger and stronger in this area will be the focus of the survival and development of many private express delivery companies. The courier industry is a new sunrise industry in China, the development of China's private express delivery courier industry to promote the sound development of great significance and value. In this paper, on the basis of the status quo of China's express delivery market potential, analysis of the problems of China's small and medium-sized private enterprises in the development process, such as brand building, the lack of features, low management level, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to promote sound and rapid development of China's private express delivery companies.
