摘要:当我们迎来1999国际老人年的时候,中国人口也在悄然步入老年型社会,并且将可能成为世界上老龄化最快的国家之一。迅速的老龄化和高龄社会的出现为我国社会经济发展提出许多新的问题和挑战。如何满足老年人金融服务需求,强化老年人金融服务就成为我国目前经济、民生的重要课题之一。同时,老龄化金融的实践在国内已经有了一定的探索,而在日本、香港,老龄金融十分发达。文章基于我国老龄的社会条件下,结合我国老年人人口基数大、增长快的特点,重点阐述我国老龄化现状和现有的金融服务;并且对比、借鉴了日本及香港老龄化金融服务的经验,研究我国养老市场中存在的问题,如养老金、医疗保障等基本服务的缺陷,提出了应对、强化老年人金融服务的相关对策建议,建议我国政府在养老金入市过程中注意切实服务于老年人,在医疗、家庭、住所等方面给予实际帮助与扶持,更重要的是,要鼓励老年人金融服务的发展,满足老年人金融市场需求。

Abstract:When we welcomed 1999-- the international year of the old man, China was quietly becoming the old-age type society and would likely become one of the fastest aging countries in the world. The emergency of rapid aging and senile society brings many new problems and challenges to China’s social and economic development. How to meet the demand of the elderly financial services and strengthen the elderly financial services has become one of the major topics of our economy and people’s livelihood. At the same time, the practice of aging finance in our country has already had a certain amount of exploration. While in Japan and Hong Kong, aging finance has already flourished. Based on social conditions of aging in our country, combining with the characteristics of the big population base and the rapid growth of the elderly, this article focuses on China’s aging population situation and the existing financial services. According to the elderly financial services in Hong Kong and Japan, this article focuses on the problems of aging market, such as the problem of basic services of pension and health care. This article put forwards related countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the elderly financial services. This article suggests that our government should pay
attention to the process of the pension market so as to serve the elderly practically and give practical help and support in health-care, family and residence. More importantly, our government should encourage the development of elderly financial service and meet the needs of the elderly financial markets.
