摘要:基于普拉哈拉德与哈默尔的整合观核心竞争力理论,核心竞争力是调谐不同的生产技能和有机构成多种知识派系的学问,是属于组织所共同具有的知识,是存在于组织中的累积性的学习。
所谓智能手机,就是指“类似于电脑的,使用单独的操控系统,可以让使用者个人安装应用、影音娱乐、导航等第三方的运营商提供的程序,并通过这类应用来持续地对手机的功用进行扩展,同时还能够经过移动通信网来实现无线网络的连接的这么一类手机总的称谓”。
本文以RIM公司为例证,从企业的核心竞争力理论着手,结合了智能手机行业的特征,通过AHP(层次分析法)对RIM公司的核心竞争力的各部分(技术能力部分、经营管理能力部分、整合能力部分)作出了分析,解析了RIM作为一个智能手机公司的核心竞争力构成要素及状况,并以AHP模型为依据进一步分析了提升RIM核心竞争力的策略。

Abstract: According to C.K.Plahalad and G.Hamel’s integration theory of core competitiveness, the core competitiveness is a cumulative learning in a organization. It’s knowledge about the coordination of different product skills. It’s belong to organization.
Smart phones refer to those mobile phones just like personal computers. They have separate operation systems, and allow users to install apps, navigations, games which are supported by the third party. And by the same time, users could enhance the functions of their phones by installed apps, and connect to the internet through mobile communication networks.
As a example about RIM, the paper analyzes RIM's core competitiveness’ factors(such as technical capacity, management capacity and integration capability) through the corporation's core competence theory, characteristics of the industry of smart phones and AHP. It also analyzes the constituent elements and present situation about RIM's core competitiveness, and how to improve it by AHP model.
