摘要:纺织业是我国重要的出口创汇产业之一,纺织品出口贸易的研究对于我国进出口贸易的发展具有重要意义。随着全球纺织品贸易进入“后配额时代”,我国纺织业在迎来重大发展机遇的同时,也面临着更为复杂和激烈的竞争。在新的环境下,如何保持且不断提升行业的出口竞争力,对我国纺织业的持续和稳定发展产生重要影响。在中国,纺织业是传统优势产业,通过承接全球纺织业的国际转移,中国已成为世界上最大的纺织品生产国和贸易国,为国内创造了大量的工作机会,而且为我国出口创汇、贸易顺差及外汇储备做出了巨大的贡献,不过近年来随着纺织出口在国际市场上的迅速扩张,一系列问题也随之而产生,本文通过分析中国纺织业出口现状,运用所学理论并结合调查实践找出导致其现状的原因并从个人角度提出了自己的对策。

Abstract:Textile industry is one of the important export industry in our country, the international competitiveness of ascension is of great significance for the development of China's import and export trade. As the global textile trade enters the "back quota era",China's textile industry has significant development opportunities at the same time, also it faces a more complex and intense competition. Under the new environment, how to maintain and improve the exportcompetitiveness of the industry, for the sustained and stable development of China's textile industry have important influences .Textile industry in China is a traditional industry which has an obvious strength, and it has become the world largest textile countries of producing and trading by undertaking the international transfer. Of course , it creates many job opportunities ,making contribution to trade surplus and foreign devise .But as the textile industry expands in the international market, many problems appear , this article will analyze the reasons of the problem based on the current situation ,and provide countermeasures to put pressure on the governor to upgrade its enterprise path choice.

本文以近几年在我国出口中占很大比重的纺织业为研究对象,通过分析近年来纺织业出口的现状及特点,找出我国纺织品出口竞争力薄弱的原因,并从政府,产业,企业自身角度提出了自己的建议,并希望能做到以点带面,为广大纺织品出口企业服务。
本文的研究成果主要有以下几点:
(1)经过分析,中国纺织品出口竞争力薄弱有如下原因:主观原因为缺少品牌,产品附加值低;产业结构及增长方式不合理;企业间的无序竞争。从客观方面来讲则是成本上升,无论是原材料还是用工成本;人民币升值;绿色壁垒。
(2)因此针对上述原因,本人分别从政府、产业及企业的角度提出了相应的解决办法及建议,概括起来就是,政府要努力为企业营造一个良好的市场环境并加大政策扶持力度;行业协会要充分发挥作用,加强企业间的交流,沟通与联合,形成集群效应,提高区域竞争力;企业自身则要创新经营管理方式,提高管理水平,努力降低成本,建设品牌并加强与出口目的地企业的合作。
