【摘要】 近年来,欧盟一直是国际市场最大的资本输出国和技术输出经济体之一,这与中国在贸易品种和结构上形成了较强的互补性,但由于欧盟属于由不同发展程度国家组成的经济体,其中许多欧盟国家的产品和贸易结构与中国又存在较大的竞争性,这种竞争性虽然鉴于品牌和技术层次的不同,体现出了较为明显的错位竞争特征,但随着中国产业结构、贸易结构和品牌建设水平的梯度升级,这种错位竞争的空间逐渐缩小,客观上导致中欧贸易摩擦不断升级,甚至在某些贸易品领域出现了极端的(如 2004 年西班牙焚烧中国鞋)暴力行为事件。
本文主要选取了中欧农产品的贸易摩擦进行深入分析,虽然在中国与欧盟贸易中,农产品贸易所占比重相对较小,但是,随着WTO农产品贸易自由化的谈判、欧盟CAP的改革以及中欧双方对于农业发展的更加重视,中欧农产品贸易有广阔的发展前景。本文在着重分析中欧农产品贸易现状和发展前景之后,将提出相应的发展对策,力图求解中欧农产品贸易摩擦的“达·芬奇密码”。

In this paper, selected agricultural products in Central Europe-depth analysis of trade friction, while in China and the EU trade, the share of agricultural trade is relatively small, but as the WTO negotiations on agricultural trade liberalization, the EU CAP reform and the EU The two sides attach greater importance to agricultural development, China-EU trade in agricultural products have broad prospects for development. This paper analyzes the status of EU agricultural trade and development prospects, the development of appropriate measures will be put forward, trying to solve China-EU agricultural trade frictions "The Da Vinci Code •."
