摘 要:伴随科学技术的快速发展,机器的自动化程度大大提高,高素质人才在经济活动中的决定性作用逐渐显现出来,但随之而来的高素质人才的职业倦怠现象也愈发的表现出来。职业倦怠已经成为阻碍高素质员工创造力发挥的重要因素。因此,在国内进行职业倦怠的相关研究,对于促进劳动者身心健康、提高社会生产力具有重要的理论和现实意义。本论文试图通过对高素质劳动者职业倦怠问题的研究,从企业管理者的角度出发,寻找能够解决企业高素质员工职业倦怠的应对策略,从而在一定程度上有效解决企业中的员工出现职业倦怠的现象,消除不良的工作情绪,最终达到以健康积极的精神状态进入工作,提高企业的工作效率.

ABSTRACT:With the rapid development of science and technology, and the greatly increased degree of automation, the decisive role of high-quality staff in economic activity is gradually emerging out . But at the same time,the phenomenon of burnout become more common.Burnout has become an notable obstacle to the release of employee creativity.Therefore, the research of burnout is important to protect the health of employees and the growth of economy.However,the awareness of the phenomenon of burnout is not sufficient,.And the research targeting at high-quality staff is few.On the basis of that,this article is aimed to find the way to address the burnout of high-quality staff.As a result,cutting down the phenomenon of burnout,eliminating the negative emotions,promoting the enthusiasm for work and ultimately improving the working efficiency.
