摘要:企业间的竞争,它绝对不单单是产品的竞争、价格的竞争或者服务的竞争,说到底,它是人才的竞争。所以说做好员工培训工作,提升员工的综合素养是企业发展中的头等大事。因此,建立一套科学合理的员工培训体系具有重要的现实意义。
本文在企业培训相关理论研究的基础上,运用问卷调查法和员工访谈法对元丰公司的培训现状进行了调查统计,研究分析后,结合元丰公司员工的培训需求从头设计了元丰公司培训体系。这一体系包括四个组成部分,分别是培训组织、培训需求管理、培训实施与培训反馈管理。为了保障该培训体系的实施,本文最后提出保障措施。
本文研究的目的在于改进元丰公司员工培训体系,普遍提高元丰公司员工职业素质,力争弥补元丰公司培训体系不健全的缺憾,解决培训不能够满足实际工作需要的现实问题,为早日实现公司市场营销战略宏伟目标奠定坚实的人才队伍基础,同时为同行业内的企业开展营销培训工作提供借鉴。

Abstract:Competition between enterprises is not just among the product competition, the price competition or the service competition, in the end, it is the talent competition. So it is important to do a good job of staff training. Promoting the comprehensive quality of employees is a top priority in the development of enterprises. Therefore, it has important practical significance to establish a scientific and reasonable system of staff training.
On the basis of relevant theoretical research, using the questionnaire investigation and employee interviews to Yuanfeng company's training present situation has carried on the investigation statistics, after research and analysis, training system is designed by combining Yuanfeng company employee training needs from Yuanfeng company . The training system is made up of four parts, including training organization, training management, training requirements and the training feedback management. Finally, the paper also puts forward safeguard measures for the implementation of the training system.
Aim of this study is to perfect Yuanfeng company employee training system, improve the professional quality of employees, to compensate for the imperfections Yuanfeng company training system, solve the realistic problems of not being able to meet the needs of the actual work in the training , the marketing strategy for the early realization of company goals lay a solid talent base, at the same time within the same industry enterprises to carry out marketing training work.
