摘 要:目前,区域经济合作和经济全球化已成为当今世界经济发展的两大主要趋势。中国与印尼的双边经济关系近年得到迅速发展,中国已成为印尼的第四大贸易伙伴,但中印贸易现在仍然存在一些问题。双方应针对这些问题,做出相应的对策以继续拓展两国贸易与投资关系,促进两国经济发展,深化在旅游、农业、渔业、纺织服装、信息与通讯技术、基础设施以及能源领域的合作,使中印尼关系在21世纪得到健康和快速的发展。
在过去,由于政治因素,中国与印尼的政治经济关系不太融洽。然而,随着中国经济在世界市场中的份额与地位逐渐上升,特别是通过一些多边贸易合作组织,例如世界贸易组织(WTO)、亚太经济合作会议(APEC)、东盟和中国自由贸易区(CAFTA)等,为两国提供了更多的经济合作机会,从而使两国间的经济合作不断加深。当中国的经济发展逐渐融入世界经济时,印尼乃至于世界其他国家都可以通过与这个更开放的伙伴国家的合作而获得利益。此外,在2005年,中国与印尼签署了政府文件,确立了两国间的战略伙伴关系(Strategic Partnership),这意味着两国的双边关系得到进一步加强与巩固。经济合作是战略伙伴关系的一部分,双方达成共识,将努力实现两国贸易额在2008年达到200亿美元,2010年达到300亿美元的目标。

ABSTRACT:At present, economic globalization and regional economic cooperation has become the two major trends in today's world economic development. Bilateral economic relationship between China and Indonesia got rapid development in recent years, China has become Indonesia's fourth largest trading partner, but China and Indonesia trade still has some problems now. Both sides should be aimed at these problems, make corresponding countermeasure to continue to expand trade and investment relations between the two countries, promote economic development between the two countries, deepen in tourism, agriculture, fishery, textile and clothing, information and communication technology, infrastructure and energy cooperation, China-Indonesia relationship to get healthy and rapid development in the 21st century.
In the past, due to political factors, political and economic relations between China and Indonesia is not very well. However, as China's economy in the world market share and status gradually rising, especially through some multilateral trade cooperation organization, such as the world trade organization (WTO), the asia-pacific economic cooperation (APEC) meeting, the association of southeast Asian nations (ASEAN) and China free trade area (CAFTA), etc., for the two countries provides more opportunities for economic cooperation, so that the deepening of economic cooperation between the two countries. When China's economic development gradually into the world economy, Indonesia and other countries in the world can be through the cooperation with the more open to partner countries and benefit. In addition, in 2005, China and Indonesia signed a government document, established the Strategic Partnership between the two countries (Strategic Partnership), which means that the two countries further strengthen and consolidate the bilateral relationship. Economic cooperation is a part of the strategic partnership, the two sides reach a consensus, and will work hard to realize the bilateral trade volume in 2008 reached $20 billion, 2010 as the target of $30 billion.
