摘要:近年来,我国的染料工业得到了迅速发展,但是染料生产废水的环境污染问题也随之而来。染料废水以其色度深、盐分高、有机物浓度高、生物可降解性差等特点而成为染料废水处理的难题之一。而电凝聚技术由于具有结构紧凑、易于实现自动化、不易产生二次污染等优点,因而成为现代印染废水处理研究领域的一个热点。本次实验采用电凝聚法处理直接兰染料废水的脱色效果,考察了反应时间、槽电压、电极间距、溶液pH、电解质投加量等因素对脱色效果的影响。结果表明:反应时间、槽电压、pH、电极间距和电解质投加量都对脱色效果有不同程度的影响。而在反应时间为16min,槽电压为12V,溶液pH为3.5,电极间距为22cm,电解质投加量为6mL的条件下,染料去除率最好,达到98.67%。

Abstract:With the development of dyestuff industry in our country,aquatic environmental pollution problems caused by the dye wastewater have attracted great attention recent years.And dye wastewater is of high chroma,salinity and organic concentration,and difficult to be biodegraded,so that it has become one of the dye wastewater treatment difficulties.
But the electrocoagulation has a compact structure,simple structure and is easy to realize automation,at the same time it is also difficult to produce secondary pollution,so electrocoagulation has became a hot spot on modern printing and dyeing wastewater treatment research field.This study investigated the efficiency of electrocoagulation in removing color from direct blue dye wastewater. The influence of reaction time,the cell voltage,electrode spacing,the initial pH, electrolyte dosing amount on decolorization are tested through experiments.The results shows that reaction time,the cell voltage,electrode spacing,the initial pH, electrolyte dosing amount have obvious effects on the decolorization of the dye.The color removal is best to reach 98.67%,when direct blue dye wastewater reaction time is 16min,the cell voltage is 12V,electrode spacing is 22cm,the initial pH is 3.5 and electrolyte dosing amount is 6mL.
