摘要:目的:研究白茅根多糖对糖尿病小鼠血脂代谢紊乱的调节作用。方法:首先采用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素( STZ )的方法构建小鼠糖尿病模型,以盐酸二甲双胍为对照,观察连续灌胃21d不同剂量白茅根多糖对糖尿病小鼠体重、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)的含量和动脉硬化指数(AI)的影响。结果:白茅根多糖可明显改善糖尿病小鼠的血脂代谢紊乱的情况,能显著地降低糖尿病小鼠体内的TG、TC、LDL-C和AI、升高糖尿病小鼠的HDL-C的作用,其中高剂量白茅根多糖灌胃(200 mg/kg.d) 调节血脂代谢效果与临床糖尿病治疗药物盐酸二甲双胍相当。结论:白茅根多糖具有有效地调节糖尿病小鼠血脂代谢紊乱的活性。

Abstract: Objective: The objective of this paper was to study the activities of Imperata Cylindrica Polysaccharides on blood lipids in diabetic mice. Method: Diabetes was induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin in mice. The changes of body weight, TC, TG, LDL-C, and HDL-C, and AI of mice were examined. Results: The blood lipids of diabetic mice were significantly ameliorated by Imperata Cylindrica polysaccharides. Compared with diabetic mice group, the levels of TC, TG LDL-C and AI of Imperata Cylindrica polysaccharides group were significantly decreased, and the level of HDL-C remarkably increased. The effects of improvement induced by high dose Imperata Cylindrica polysaccharides were as same as metformin hydrochloride group. Inclusion: Imperata Cylindrica polysaccharides could effectively ameliorate the levels of blood lipids of diabetic mice.
