摘要:本文第一部分是毛茛科银莲属植物的研究进展,内容包括化学成分和生物活性研究两方面。该属植物中发现的化学成分类型主要有:三帖皂苷、内脂类、香豆素及其苷类、挥发油、油脂、氨基酸及其他成分。生物活性方面报道:银莲属植物具有抗肿瘤作用、抑菌作用、抗炎作用、镇痛作用、解热作用、镇静作用、抗惊厥、抗组织胺作用、溶血作用、毒性作用等。第二部分以采自红河州蒙自市的野棉花(Anemone vitifola Buch.-Ham)的枝和叶部分作为研究对象,利用硅胶柱层析,梯度洗脱等常用的分离手段,对其氯仿浸膏的化学成分进行了初步的研究,并从中分离得到三个单体化合物。第三部分主要对实验的过程进行详细的叙述以及在实验过程中的现象进行分析。最后对实验的结果作了简要的总结。

ABSTRACT:The first part of this paper is the buttercup family, Anemone, and the content includes the research progress of chemical composition and biological activity research two aspects. There plants found in the chemical composition types have mainly: triterpenoids saponins, lipid, coumarin within its nucleoside and volatile oil, grease, amino acids and so on. Biological activity reports: Anemone has antitumor function, bacteriostasis, anti-inflammatory and analgesic action, antipyretic role, sedative function, fight convulsions, antihistamine function, hemolytic effect, toxic effect etc. In the second part of this paper, the object of study is Anemone vitifolia’s branches and leaces sections of mengzi city in Honghe Hani,Yi nationality prefecture, and using silver gel column chromatography, gradient elution and other common separation methods to make a preliminary research on its chemical contents of chloroform extractum, and finally obtain three monomer compounds fromit. The third part of this paper mainly talks about the detailed narration of experiment process, and analyse the phenomena during the experiment process. Finally, this paper draws a brief conclusion for the results of this experiment.
