摘要:随着时代的发展和教育理念的更新,加强人文素质教育已经成为我国高校提升学校品位,培养高素质人才,促进学生全面发展的重要手段。高师音乐院校是培养音乐教育人才的摇篮,其学生具有艺术生和师范生的双重身份。加强高师音乐专业学生的人文素质培养既有利于提升他们的艺术素质,又有利于提升他们的教师素质,具有十分重要的意义。
在新的历史条件下,教育改革对中小学音乐教师的人文素质提出了新的更高要求,也对高师音乐院校的人文素质教育提出了更为严峻的挑战。本文认为,面对新形势、新挑战,高师音乐院校应该着重加强学生的人文素质培养。

This paper argues that the new situation and new challenges, in Music from the universities should focus on five aspects to enhance the humanistic quality of the training of students.

与单一的就教育论教育、就音乐论谈音乐相比,重视和加强人文素质的培养,拓展了乐教育专业学生的研究视野,提高了音乐教育专业学生的人文修养,审美情趣;提高了作为音乐师范生的教学水平,是高师音乐教育培养目标中不可或缺的一部分;提高了音乐师范生的艺术修养,不仅能演奏音乐,更能理解音乐,表达音乐,传播音乐。
本文通过分析当前高师音乐教育专业学生人文素质培养的现状及原因,在此基础上提出相应的路径选择,有助于提高高师音乐教育专业学生对人文素质培养重要性的认识;有助于我们步入音乐殿堂的同时步入人文艺术的殿堂,接受历史、文学和哲学等知识的熏陶,培养人文精神和提高人文素养,成为“文艺双修”的艺术生;有助于音乐教育专业学生自觉地将人文知识内化,从而促进音乐教育专业的学生全面发展,力争成为“内外兼修”的音乐传播者。
