摘要:供应链主要由制造商、供应商、经销商和顾客构成,供应链上的每个点都存在着相应的库存。传统的库存管理模式比较简单,是以企业内部为对象进行管理的,以经济订货点和订货量来降低企业的库存成本,以此提高企业的利润。但是这样做了之后,就使得供应链上的各企业之间缺乏信息沟通,企业间的合作程度低,并且由于自身管理不善等问题,形成“牛鞭效应”。本文围绕精益物流理论,通过采用JIT、JMI、第三方物流、ABC库存管理等方法,把供应链上的库存浪费降到最低,最大化的实现零库存管理,并且提供满意的顾客服务。

ABSTRACT:Supply chain is composed of suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, distribution centers and channels, such as logistics network consisting of the supply chain, each node has a corresponding inventory. The traditional inventory management model is based on a single enterprise for the object, to maximize the benefits from their own starting point and an order determining the amount of the order to seek to reduce inventory costs and achieve the goal of maximizing profits. But doing so, it makes the supply chain between enterprises at the lack of information communication, the low level of cooperation between enterprises, and due to their own mismanagement and other issues, the formation of "bullwhip effect." This paper focuses on lean logistics theory, through the use of JMI and other methods, the supply chain inventory to minimize waste and maximize the realization of inventory management, and provides satisfactory customer service.

传统的库存管理模式对于现在的企业想要做大做强已经不适合了,本文从供应链库存管理模式为切入点,结合精益物流的管理思想,发展和完善了供应链库存管理模式,对于企业降低库存,提高效益,消除浪费具有一定的指导意义。
全文共分为4个章节,主要内容如下:第一章是绪论部分,主要阐述了课题研究的意义以及文献综述。第二章主要介绍了精益物流思想以及精益物流对于供应链库存管理的具体运用。第三章通过一个具体的案例来分析VIM对于供应链库存管理的作用。第四章是对于全文的总结和展望。
