摘要:在劳动密集型企业中,作业工人依旧是企业的命脉。作业工人的疲劳会导致生产的迟滞以及产品数量和质量的下降,引起企业的巨大效益损失。因此,作业疲劳作为一种重要的制约因素,影响着作业工人,也直接关系到劳动密集型企业的良好有序发展。人因工程的运用,在欧美、日本等国受到了极高的重视。未来的生产,尤其是在劳动密集型企业中,作业工人依旧扮演着重要的角色。鉴于此,人因工程原理在解决劳动密集型企业的工人作业疲劳的运用上,具有广阔的前景。本文通过实地调查,在理论知识的指导下,运用人因工程原理的相关理念和方法,对新郑市种子公司的作业工人疲劳成因分析及改善展开了论述。论文首先对本文的研究内容、研究的目的和意义进行了阐述,然后介绍了公司的相关职能。并在实地观察的基础上采用访谈、调查问卷等形式了解到公司作业工人的疲劳形式以及成因,在可行性分析的基础上就如何减轻工人作业疲劳提出了解决方案,以求为劳动密集型企业工人作业疲劳的改善提供借鉴和参考。

ABSTRACT:In the labor-intensive enterprises, workers still is the lifeblood of the enterprise. Workers fatigue will cause production delay and a reduction in the number and quality of products, loss of enterprise huge benefits. Therefore, homework fatigue as one of the important factors, affect the workers, is directly related to the sound and orderly development of labor-intensive enterprises.For engineering use,in Europe and the United States,Japan and other countries received high attention . In the future production, especially the labor-intensive enterprise, workers still plays an important role. Therefore, for engineering principle in dealing with workers in labor-intensive enterprises use of fatigue, and has a broad application prospect. This article through on-the-spot investigation, under the guidance of theoretical knowledge, how to apply the principles of people because of engineering related concept and method, For XinZhengShi seed company workers fatigue cause analysis and improvement are discussed. Paper first of all, the research content of this article, the research expatiates on the purpose and significance, and then introduced the related functions of the company. On the basis of field observation and interviews, questionnaires and other forms understand the company workers fatigue forms and the causes, on the basis of feasibility analysis on how to reduce homework fatigue workers put forward the solution, workers to labor-intensive enterprises to provide reference for the improvement in fatigue.

通过专业杂志、期刊、报纸、网络等途径检索与本研究相关的文献资料,以此为基础,为后续的研究提供了理论支持。在公司发放调查问卷,对工人作业疲劳的成因,疲劳的形式有所掌握。通过实地调查,亲身体会了作业地环境的具体情况。另外,以访谈的形式了解了作业工人的工作情况。接下来,根据对作业工人疲劳形式的了解,具体分析,找出疲劳根源,并提出相应的预防疲劳和降低疲劳措施,形成方案。推行这些方案,并对方案的实施进行全面监督,做到每天检查,定期反思,及时记录与搜集反馈信息。最后,对方案的效果进行评估,并持续改进,力求在最大程度上预防和降低疲劳。
研究方法
理论研究方法:通过查阅国内外文献,了解最新最前沿的人因工程发展动态,探讨其在疲劳解决方面的运用。
实证分析方法:对人因工程原理解决工人作业疲劳的相关理论、发展现状、经验借鉴等采取了以实证为主的方法。
调查问卷法:在企业发放调查问卷,有针对性,有目的性地对作业工人进行问卷调查,了解具体的疲劳形式和疲劳成因。
访谈法:与相关的工作人员进行沟通,通过访谈的形式来了解工人作业的时间和各种操作行为。
