本设计是由焦粉破碎系统工艺流程选择与论证、物料流量及有关计算、对辊破碎机及四辊破碎机等设备的选择与计算、绘焦粉破碎系统工艺流程图及厂房设备配置图、编写设计说明书等部分组成。
本设计对焦粉的破碎阶段进行了初步的设计。对流程过程中所需的各种设备,和采用的工艺进行了准确的选择。同时,对物料流量和有关计算进行了详细的计算。并对所设计的厂房配置进行了详细的绘图。
通过设计,我们详细的制定了最适合的能年产13.5万吨0-3mm焦粉的破碎系统工艺,并确定了准确的厂房配置。
