摘要:随着近年来商品经济和互联网技术的飞速发展,电子商务在我国的发展有了日新月异的变化,并且成果喜人。和其它一切新生事物一样,我国的电子商务产业正脱离不成熟的阶段,走向日益完善,并蓬勃发展的道路。2010年,在我国,整体网购用户的数量为1602万人,其中61.9%的人选择了B2C交易,其数量大约为9936万人,与以往相比,我国B2C电子商务市场发展形势大好。目前,激烈的市场竞争存在于各大企业之间,我国B2C电子商务市场迅猛发展并且日益完善,能够接受不同种类网上购物方式的消费者的数量也越来越多,消费者对国内电子商务市场发展趋势持续看好。然而,纵观其发展现状,随之而来产生的是消费者网上购物的安全性问题。本文通过对B2C 电子商务中消费者网上购物的现状及出现的安全问题进行分析研究,提出解决消费者网上购物的安全性问题的办法,以及探寻解决B2C电子商务中消费者购物风险的安全保障措施。

Abstract:With the rapid development in recent years of commodity economy and the Internet technology, e-commerce has change rapidly changes in China's development, and achieved gratifying results. Like all other new things, the electronic commerce industry of our country is from the immature stage, to perfection, and the vigorous development of the road. In 2010, China's total number of online shopping, the user of 16020000 people, including 61.9% who choose the B2C transaction, the amount of about 99360000 people, compared with the past, the good development situation of B2C e-commerce market in china. At present, the fierce competition between enterprises, the rapid development of China's B2C e-commerce market and increasingly perfect, can accept the number of different types of online shopping consumers more and more consumers, development trend of the domestic e-commerce market continued to look good. However, throughout its development situation, it brings the safety problem of consumer online shopping. Through analyzing the current situation of consumer online shopping in B2C e-commerce and analysis of security problems, put forward to solve the problem of safety of consumers' online shopping way, and explore the security measures to solve consumer shopping risk in B2C e-commerce.
